Shipping Policy

At Trailer Barn LLC, Our Shipping Policy outlines the procedures for planning, pricing, scheduling, and completing delivery for all orders across the United States placed on trailerbarnllc.com. Given the heavy-duty, freight-based nature of our products, each shipment requires dedicated route planning and carrier coordination. Consequently, we manage delivery through a structured, individualized confirmation process, as opposed to automated, standard shipping rules.

1. Shipping Locations

  • This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

2. Shipping Timeframe

Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:

  •  Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT-8). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate. 
  •  Order handling time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) following payment confirmation. Please note that our warehouse does not operate on weekends or public holidays, so orders are neither shipped nor delivered on these days.
  • Transit time: 6 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, containing your order details, estimated delivery time and tracking information once available. Large trailer orders may require additional scheduling time.

3. Shipping Costs

  • We offer flat-rate shipping of $540 this rate covers standard freight delivery within the United States.

4. Pickup Option

  • Local pickup from our facility is available. Please schedule an appointment ahead of time to guarantee a seamless process.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our customer service team immediately. We are here to assist you and ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

7. Tracking Your Order

  •  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number.

Note: This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.
